The mattress in room 181 needs to be lit on fire. Literally the most broken down and uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and am absolutely furious at the cost of the room for such a horrible nights sleep. The hotel is obviously old, and much more so than the pictures let on. Still, I didn’t have high expectations, but the floor was so dirty that the bottoms of my feet were black from walking around after a shower.

"Hard bed"

The bed was awful. It was a king and it was sloped so I ended up on the edge of the bed all night. It was hard as a rock and the purpose of us staying there was to get some sleep before our long drive home. Neither one of us got any sleep. Staff was great and friendly. They did have trouble with our booking through you. It didn't say on their end that I paid so we had to sit for a while so they could figure that out. This is the second time I had a problem with booking through you. The other time was for a rental car.

Needed updates. Safe was missing batteries so I couldn’t use. Definitely needed a paint job in the room.. Did not realize the doors were on the outside of the building. Towels were extremely rough as sand paper. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the staff was very nice and friendly. Overall pretty clean.
