1st of all id like to say that we had no problems with the staff whatsoever. Everyone we encountered was really amazing. The property however was terrible. My family and I were planning for 3 nights but left after one wven though we had booked through a 3rd party and offered no refund. Thats how bad it was. According to the front desk, when we booked through booking.com i had selected a queen room w a pull out sofa (i brought a 6 yr old and my husband so it was needed). We were given a queen room. No sofa at all let alone a pull out. Also the fan when you turn on the bathroom light was extremely loud (Room 135) The staff quickly and apologetically made that right. In our next room (room 118) it appeared that the door at some point has been kicked in. The trim and frame of the door was barely hanging on. The pull out sofa frame creaked and part of the frame was broken. The sink faucet was falling apart. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast was pretty much only carbs. Cereal and waffles and bagels. The juice machine was broken (it worked but you had to hold it shut while dispensing). It used to have a sports bar and lounge. You can still play pool and darts etc but the restaurant and bar are closed now. I felt very uncomfortable w the people wandering the parking lot. I asked one person what they were doing and they told me they were looking for cigarette butts and asked if I had one he could bum. Needless to say we didnt stay after the 1st night but I was happy to forfeit the 240$ for something else. Also, the jacuzzi was hot but no working jets so it turned green

Other than one woman, the staff was great. Very pleasant, smiles. The pool & hot tub were nice. Good location.

The rooms were a little run down, need an upgrade, gaps under the door, toilet didn't flush well, calcium build up on the showerhead. The hot tub keys didn't work.
