Filthy. We immediately left and found another place.

breakfast was good

the pool was greenish and murky. we could not swim in it. the hotel allowed people to party until after 1am and kept me and my family awake.

Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. Loved the sports bar that is connected!

Air conditioner was barely cutting it for the size of the room, pool very dirty.

location was great, excellent customer service and very clean

a little more water pressure. specially when someone has a lot and long hair

My wife and I went to the Fiesta Bowl and since all close hotels were sold out we booked the Quality Inn based on pictures and reviews. Boy were we wrong. The pictures must be at least 30 years old. It was rundown with an almost empty parking lot. The young lady at the desk was polite which was nice The room was terrible, the floor was sticky and dirty. When we sat on the bed the springs or something hit the floor with a metallic sound. The air conditioner made a loud grinding noise and the traffic noise outside was very loud. The sheets were worn and the pillows were so hard they felt like trying to sleep on a board. The curtains had holes in them that let light through them. Many other issues, overall this place was a dump where we would never stay again. Seemed like just a place for truckers to spend the night. No offense to truckers. Ruined our trip to Phoenix for the game.

Easy access to freeway, surrounded by options for food and shopping.
