Pearl Beach Hotel

What a superb find. This hotel is perfect. The food is fantastic loads of choice everyday. Thecrooms are spotlessly clean towels changed everyday. This was our first visit to Crete it didnt disappoint. The staff are fantastic very hrlpful and do friendly they cant do enough for you. Special thanks to Iro shes amazing !! If there are any downsides there are 2. Its a long way out of the centre for anyone that struggles to walk. But i have to say the worst is the sunbeds on the beach. They are awful. We only had one day thete and our backs were crippled so terribly uncomfortable. Change the beds guys for a better quality then everything is perfect and would be 5 stars.We would come back though it didnt put us off. Thankyou gor a wonderful holiday and introduction to Crete

Staff lovely, food is good (a lot of fish, yet to be expected), rooms are okay, if you booked a double but was given a twin like us, just ask at reception and they will make it a double, rooms are nice but our wardrobe doors were worn out, one fell off when we slid it open. We had sea view too, great view of the sea and the street opposite. Pool is smaller than what we’re used to but we still had a good time in there, very very VERY quiet around the pool in the day, if you want peace and quiet and relaxing, come here. If you want to go into the old town down the strip, it’s a good 30 minute walk down there from the hotel, so leave early. All in all, good little spot to be honest, can’t really fault it, lunch is quite cheap too, margarita pizza is €8 and they’re huge.

Brilliant hotel with wonderful staff and fantastic service. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to make our holiday a great experience.We shall return hopefully and advise our friends to do the same . we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!!

Really amazing hotel. It’s our second time staying here and we are as happy as last time. The staff is supernice and very serviceminded. Always smiling and happy to see you. The rooms and cleaning is great. The pools are very fresh. Can’t say anything negative about this hotel!

The hotel met all our expectations and above. The staff were amazing, especially the restaurant staff namely, Iro and the head waiter. They made our stay really enjoyable. The hotel was spotless and the location was perfect. Well done Pear Beach. We will definitely return.

It has been a pleasure to stay here and I hope to come back again. The staff is really service-minded, the cleaning was really good and we had free sunbeds on the beach. The picture is taken from my parents room. I can really recommend this hotel för vaccination. There is also a gym and spa at the nearby hotel that was also very good.

The whole hotel was immaculate. The staff were very professional, informative and courteous. We stayed b&b only and the variety of the selection was excellent, offering a very European flavour. The weather was good with the temperatures in the region my partner and I prefer not blisteringly hot! It's windy here. The old town is really accessible by foot or a quick journey in the very cheap taxis if you feel lazy. Overall I couldn't fault the stay, so I couldn't work out why there were negative reviews. We are well travelled so have done insight into what's good it bad😜. We stayed in room 816

We had a sea view room which was very clean, although the bathroom was quite old and could do with being renovated.even . Breakfast was very good and so much choice, staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area was ok although we preferred the beach even if it was rocky. The only issue we had was when the cleaner decided to clean the room before 7am which was very annoying. Hotel is a two mile walk to the old harbour/town which was fine for us and if you don’t fancy the walk or can’t walk that distance you can get a taxi from across the road for 7 euros. All round we had. Great holiday 😎

Amazing hotel. Staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. Food selection for breakfast is fantastic. Can not fault anything. With a special thank you to Ioanna from the beach who runs around for everyone. This lady had a beautiful soul. Already booked for next year

Lovely helpful staff , from reception , restaurant , bar , cleaning , Good food in the restaurant , Endless choices at the bar Across the street there is a private beach Management makes a tour everyday and greet , this make you feel very welcome ! Will coming back next year !
