Exceptional care from the whole team especially the front office reception. A member of our party became ill and the reception staff went out of their way to help including extending our check out time without cost and arranging another night’s stay at a discounted rate.

I really enjoyed everything about Arcadia boutique hotel. The hotel itself is stunning, as is located inside an old palace, with large spacious rooms, a big bathroom and lots of attention to every single detail. The location is superb, in the heart of the old city, a short walk away from main attractions. Breakfast was included and it was really tasty and varied. And the personnel is extremely kind and helpful (I had requested a couple of extra items and the young lady at the reception was just so nice and helpful!) Overall I would say excellent value for money, as it is a truly stunning hotel.

Много хубав хотел в старата част на града. Перфектно местоположение. Млад и отзивчив персонал. Имахме късен полет и нямаше проблем да си оставим багажа в хотела. Закуската беше много добра. Доволи сме и го препоръчвам.

Трябва да се има предвид, че много от стаите имат прозорец към затворен вътрешен двор.
