Staff at front desk always greeted you when leaving or entering.

Advertised as Newly Renovated, however missing grout between several floor tiles in bathroom, some tile on baseboard coming loose, toilette paper holders broken or not working properly. Hotel was having outside pavement tarred while we were there, workers were still working on it at 11pm...very noisy!!!@

The room was nice and clean

We were a little aways from the zoo and I had to charge my phone away from the bed bc there was no outlet charger by the bed facing the wall. Pool was cold at first
