I booked a room for the Alabama - South Carolina football game on Saturday, October 25th. Unfortunately, covid struck and I was not able to make the trip to Columbia for the game. I tried unsuccessfully to cancel my reservation on two different occasions Saturday. The hotel then charged my credit card $701.00. Getting a credit became a nightmare until I finally got in touch with Tobie at the hotel. She understood my dilemma and worked with me to credit my card the full amount. She is the reason this Diamond for Life member will continue to book rooms at this property.

Close to arena

Arrived early, already had reservations.. Was told come back check in is 4. Showed back up at 315 just to see if ready and a nice young lady checked us in at that time however the same other lady that told us to come back was telling other guests to come back at 4. She wasn’t even checking…
