"Had no idea that the Trump tower in Chicago would be so elegant and much fun"

We flew in from Wyoming for a country western concert, Morgan Wallen on June 18 and we went upstairs and the Trump tower to the Terrace 16 bar. You know your meal to be done with me no problem. I wanted my hamburger to be done no lettuce and our server. Alejandro did a fabulous job and made us feel really welcome. We kept him running back-and-forth each all the time and he was fabulous and very professional so I want to make note of it for management. His service and friendliness was a big part of our evening.!! -CJ

"Excellent"

Trump is one of our favorite places in Chicago. We lived here for 13 years. The staff has had very little turnover and most have been here since the opening. Sylvia who cleaned our room everyday was spectacular. So kind and hard working she went over and above.
