Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bremen

It was a great location that I was looking for.

I wanted a one bed room, but the room itself was too small for 2 adults. There was barely any room to move around and there was really no place to sit comfortably not even the bed.

Staff were very nice and breakfast was good. We stayed 1st floor and dead bugs were at bathroom. At least 10 dead bugs.

During my recent stay at Microtel, I encountered a significant ant infestation in my room, which made my stay uncomfortable and unsustainable. Despite reporting the issue to the front desk, I was met with indifference and a lack of concern, as if my predicament was not their priority. This lack of responsiveness and failure to address the problem forced me to cut my stay short. It was disappointing to see such poor service and disregard for guest comfort, and I hope improvements are made in pest control and customer care.

Pool wasn’t working and that was the biggest reason we booked the hotel

The hotel was nice. It was very convenient to Subway and Cracker Barrel. The only issue I had was the bed was not comfortable for me, but that's just personal preference. We had the queen suite, which was nice with a different sitting area and a table for eating.

The room was Dirty room. There was a missing bathtub stopper, We came down for breakfast there was no bacon and eggs on breakfast. The only fruit was two apples that were wrinkled. There was a few biscuits and gravy, cereal, and waffle available. The only redeeming quality was bed and sheets were soft.

Everything I thought was exceptional.

The hotel itself is fine. However, I stayed here one week ago today as I was passing back through I decided since I knew they took pets to go ahead and stay again. This time the front desk person told me there was a 35.00 fee. Now if I had been charged the first time I stayed, then cool. But I wasn’t charged extra my first visit. I told the woman and she started, that’s our policy. It should be clear to your guests when booking that is an additional charge and not just when they feel like it.
