La atención del personal fue muy buena , nuestra entrada al hotel era a partir de la 1 pero llegamos a las 11:00 y de forma muy amable nos asignaron la habitación en el 1er piso, el precio del hotel fue económico, habitación muy limpia , al llegar hubo un problemita con el baño pero inmediatamente lo solucionaron . Recomiendo ampliamente el hotel.

Good overall stay. Beds were too firm for my taste. There is no a/c on all hotels in Zacatecas due to the cool weather so take that in mind. There was no hot water for a second but they fixed it within 30 minutes

Primera vez en Zacatecas, excelente lugar para pasear... pero el hotel muy malo y muy caro. El servicio en general bueno, atentos pero las instalaciones muy viejas y descuidadas, los colchones muy duros. El olor en las toallas y cuartos, muy gacho!!
