We had a reservation and they sent us into a dirty room and said there wasn't any other rooms available. It took almost 45 minutes for them to get the room cleaned and it definitely wasn't clean. Hair in the shower, food and stuff in the floor, the microwave was missing a piece to make it functional and it was also dirty

There is no elevator. We were given a room on the second floor. (My husband has trouble with stairs)I couldn't get the heat to work and there was some sort of black dirt on the floor in front of the furnace. I spoke to the front desk and they quickly put us in a different room on the first floor and the heat worked great in that room. The staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast was a nice treat, the only thing that could be improved on would be to add a protein to go with the waffles (which were delicious). Overall it was a good experience and I will stay here again.

We arrived to a dog barking in one of the rooms. The shower had hair and thick soap scum in tub. The chair and lampshades were falling apart. There was black dirt or mold blowing out of heater. I woke up in the morning with the black substance all over the bed. We used to like staying there but they have raised their prices and the place has went downhill. Wont stay there again.

Smells like smoke everywhere, bed sheets had yellow stains and dirt on corner. We didnt even stay the night and couldnt get our money back for 2 nights and i was fine with that if that tells you anything.

The Quality has long left the Quality Inn. Needs some serious maintenance and updating. Cracked caulking in bathroom. Shower diverted leaks. Toilet flushes twice….every time. Heating is loud, so run it to warm up the room, then turn it off to sleep. Hotel was quiet, but only saw two other cars in the parking lot. Overpriced for what you get. But at least it seemed clean.
