Ein sehr gutes, Relativ Neues Hotel an einer sehr Ruhigen Lage gelegen. Alles sehr sauber, gute Zimmer Grösse wie auch das Badezimmer, mit Guten Betten und Free W-lan. Frühstück mit Kaffe, Saft, Müsli, Jogurts, Waffeleisen usw. Den Pool haben wir nicht Genutzt, wir kamen erst nach Sonnenuntergang an und Reisten am nächsten Morgen weiter.

Uns hat alles gefallen, es gab nichts Negatives.

Was just OK for the price. Looked like the "Recently Updated" was still going on .Painters on property in some units and outside building painting going on. Maintenance issues are addressed based on reports made by guest reporting issues. We reported four separate issues with basic maintenance issues that daily housekeeping functions should have been noticed and reported to maintenance staff.

Our White Sox we used instead of slippers were black on the bottom from obvious lack of adequate floor cleaning being done. Inner spring mattress made creaking noises from normal sitting and lying down or rolling over. Thought they were of very Poor quality.

I stayed at Best Western Wakulla Inn & Suites and had one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever encountered. Upon arrival, the room was not clean and had a strong odor. I had to request a room change not once, but three times due to cleanliness and smell issues. The front desk clerk was courteous and offered a refund for one night, which I appreciated. However, things took a turn when I spoke with the regional manager—who I believe is also the owner. Instead of listening and trying to resolve the issue professionally, she was dismissive and accused me of lying. Her response was to offer me 2,000 Best Western points, equivalent to $20, as compensation for a $521 stay that was clearly below standard. That offer felt like a slap in the face. I expected better from a brand that claims to value hospitality. The lack of accountability and poor customer service from upper management left me deeply disappointed. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and hope this review helps others make an informed decision before booking.
