Location is great. Staff friendly and helpful. Appreciated the wake up call.

Baby bed had no mattress. Travel cots are designed to have a mattress on top of the hard bottom cover, which it didn’t have. It was too late to go to reception with my baby half asleep when I realised so used the baby duvet to pad it out a bit. baby bed was also dirty and stained. Had to clean the sides with baby wipes before use. Double Bed was creaky and loud. Mattress was hard. Just needs a little tlc. Think it would have been a struggle with two adults in.

Location

Shower was terrible - water just trickled out of the shower head. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable and lumpy.

Thats someone comes in to your room in the night and reception staff was not bothered in journey
