Séjour agréable, seul problème au niveau de la poire de douche.

Habitué depuis des années, jamais déçu !

I had to ask to change room when I arrived as it smelt cigarette and it was not as well sound-proofed as I was expecting. The staff was real nice and switched me to a much better room well sound-proofed and without any of that bothering smell. Nice place, but I find it very disappointing that the access to the spa is not included and cost 15€ for an hour. I think France is the only country where I experienced this, especially for a 4* hotel. Also when I booked the room it was specified free mini-bar, but it actually was empty.

Excellent accueil, établissement bien entretenu, chambre rénovée récemment et très propre.

Chambre pratique en famille. En revanche, le personnel est très peu aimable,on dirait que ça leur écorche la gorge de dire bonjour, à la réception comme au restaurant, excepté Lara, la seule qui sourit (j’ai même retenu son prénom tellement c’était la seule…). On demande des dosettes de sel au restaurant que l’on voit dans tous les plateaux du room service et on nous dit avec un air dédaigneux qu’ils n’en ont pas. Et autre chose, la cuvette des toilettes, il a fallu la nettoyer nous-même, la saleté étant incrustée…

The restaurant for diner was a disaster. Plat du jour: carpaccio with french fries and a tartelette with fruit.... took more than 2,5 hours! Carpaccio would take 5 minutes to fry the fries, tartelette probably pre-prepared, just put it on a plate with some coulis would take a minute. Result: lost 2 hours on day of arrival when in fact I was already tired.
