Staff v helpful, rooms v clean and comfortable

Breakfast was basic, either fry or pancakes

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff were warm and friendly. Public areas were spacious and the hotel had a light and airy feel. The leisure facilities were very good.

Restaurant service could be a bit sharper for example a bottle of white wine served without a cooler. Limited cutlery at breakfast.

Location good

There was a confirmation party with many children that were allowed by staff to run riot in restaurant and hotel foyer the whole evening making a lot of noise. The staff were unable or unwilling to do anything after we complained. We were given a discount by the manager the next day but would not stay again. The cost was also too much for the general quality of the hotel. The bar was small and noisy and only the foyer for guests to relax.

Nice hotel with good views and leisure centre with pool.

Just some minor details could have been improved such as cleaning breakfast tables. The table we were asked to sit at for breakfast had been reset but not cleaned since previous guests. Table was dirty.
