Personal extrem freundlich, Zimmer sehr sauber, Lage sehr gut, schöner Pool, man konnte für sehr wenig Geld Fahrräder mieten

Das Zimmer war recht klein, die Türe konnte man nur mit vollem Körpereinsatz öffnen. Das Wasser in der Dusche wurde erst nach 5 min laufen lassen warm und der duschkopf für größere Menschen recht weit unten..

Overall, the staff were just amazing into great care of their guests. The grounds are very clean and well maintained. I know that parking is always an issue in Key West, so that played into some of our troubles, but not much. The staff really tried to accommodate getting you somewhere where you could keep your vehicle.

We were moved into a different room from our original reservation due to a issue with our prior room. Unfortunately, the room was much smaller than we were supposed to get, but we may do.

Exceptional stay! Eden House was the highlight of our trip to Key West. The hotel is charming, relaxing, and perfectly located. What impressed us most was the outstanding service. Jocelyn, Daniel, Gema, and Oscar were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel truly welcome. We originally planned to stay only one night, but loved the hotel so much that we wanted to extend our stay. The team went above and beyond to make it possible, and we are extremely grateful. A wonderful experience that we will never forget. We hope to return someday!
