The staff was amazing, knew our names and I loved that there was someone available 24 hours a day. The grounds were stunning and the pool was perfect for daytime soaking. I felt the whole place was amazingly well kept and really loved the walkability to everything.

Our suite was amazing but next time I’ll request an upper floor room, I’m a light sleeper.

The jacuzzi

Didn't get the room we paid for (it didn't match photos), so our son had to sleep on a couch all week. Plus, I'm disabled (broken ankle that couldn't be fixed after 3 surgeries) & I had to walk up & down all those stairs every day, plus our bill from the Tiki Bar was over $250 for a total of about 8 drinks??? Wow. We will not ever be returning. It was a waste of money
