Lovely hotel in centre of Key West. Room not ready on check in but lady on reception helped with car parking and a map of the town so we could sightsee whilst waiting. Once room was ready she came out to the pool to let us know that we could collect the room keys. Convenient to walk downtown to Mallory Square and Duvall Street

Air conditioning unit was very noisy in room. No breakfast was provided - but staff recommended a superb local cafe
