"フロントの対応だけが残念でした"

朝食が美味しかったです。リーズナブルで部屋も整って清潔な感じでした。

フロント対応の女性が、機械での受付やパーキング利用の際に、めんどくさいのか？小バカにしてるのか？わかりませんが、そんな感じであまり良い印象ではありませんでした。

新潟に予定があり2年ぶりに宿泊。 お部屋も清潔で快適でした。やはり今回も朝食が良かったです。 新潟ならではのメニューもあり充実していました。

浴室が若干カビ臭かったです。

外の景色ガよかった！！

おもいのほか、部屋が狭かった。 ランドリーの乾燥器が30分200円なので、15分100円とかもあるともっといいです。
