Art Hotel Niigata Station

Being right at the Niigata Station, this Hotel is in a really convenient location and offered excellent value for money. We drove our hire car in (the Orix return spot was about one block away, parking at the Hotel was free, in their basement) and caught the train back to Tokyo. The Hotel was very handy for that plus shopping and restaurants in the station complex.

The name implies something extra in terms of art, but we could see no evidence of this; it's a standard hotel but well-run and very convenient.

リノベーションはされているが、やはり古さを感じたこと。

2泊しましたが、一日目と二日目で朝食バイキングの内容が少し変わるので違う物が食べられて嬉しかったです。また朝食会場のスタッフさんの細かい声かけ、心遣いに朝からとても元気をもらっています。いつもありがとうございます。

良くなかったという点ではないのですが、枕を3種類用意してくださってるのですがどれも合わず、朝顔が浮腫んでしまうのが少し残念です。

地理位置好

スタッフの対応が素晴らしい、わかりやすい説明と笑顔が素敵、駅から近いし又新潟で宿泊するならここで決まりです。

朝食バイキングは一般客にも利用出来るので何時でも混んでいる、宿泊客優先席があれば良かったと。
