Absolutely astounded by the attitude of every receptionist I dealt with. What an unpleasant, unwelcoming bunch of people I had to deal with. Serious training needed here. Right from the start, my very first impression was that I was an unwelcome annoyance. No hello, no smile, not even the most basic welcome. I recommend getting another hotel if you can, so as to feel like you're actually wanted. Spent 700 dollars and treated like I was interrupting them every time I dared visit front desk. At one point, a receptionist was wearing a filthy hoody covered in food stains. Unprofessional. The
