Loved location, walking distance to restaurants and right on main street. Loved the parking garage and staff was friendly and helpful. Hot tub and sauna was wonderful after a cold ski day. Kettle in the room and refrigerator also were a plus. Great views from room as well.

Just a little dated, carpet on stairs needs a refresh. But all in all a wonderful place!

"Nice stay in Banff"

Location was great. Room was pretty spacious.

Parking garage was very odd. AC unit kept having loud noises all night. Water pressure was low.

Zimmer sehr gross, sauber und bequeme Betten. Zu fuss in cirka 10min in Downtown.

Die Rezeption hat die Buchung im System nicht gefunden. Wir mussten mehrmals vorbei gehen um zu bezahlen.
