Room was very comfortable. Close enough to all other places in Banff. Cost was reasonable during this time frame (April). Sauna and hot tub was a big plus after a day on the hills.

Location. Walking distance to shops & restaurants

The shower faucet came off while showering; very inconvenient & disruptive. Eventually asked to move to another room when the faucet kept falling off. Was given a bigger room with a kitchenette. However, had to call for housekeeping to change the sheets as one of the bedsheets had a dirty stain
