maintained clean, we used room only overnight to sleep, he accepted even if it 30 mins extra to checkout. that is a good thing

futon is too small , mentioned 4 beds , they have to mention 3 beds and 1 futon

Very kind staff uncomplicated check-in. About 20min from the falls. Not the newest, but very clean room and also the whole motel is very tidy.We got a bigger room because we stayed 2 nights instead of 1. All-in all a great stay!
