Bon emplacement par rapport au centre de Lyon. Personnel très sympathique. Litterie très confortable et appartement agréable. Possibilité de louer un parking.

Le canapé mériterait d'être changé.

Personnel accueillant. Logement spacieux situé dans une rue agréable. Proche du métro et de plusieurs services (superette, boulangerie, buraliste). Le ventilateur à disposition dans la chambre durant les jours de chaleur est appréciable.

Le sol de la salle de bain est facilement trempée à cause de l'absence de rideau de douche. Quelques équipements manquaient dans la cuisine (un ou deux couverts et pas de liquide vaisselle mis à disposition)

I received a level of service far beyond the price I paid. My expectations were accurately understood and met. We were looking for a warm bed and a safe room. We were especially happy to see that there was also a kitchen where we could comfortably prepare our own breakfast as a family. If I come to Lyon again, I would definitely stay here again. The reception staff were very helpful and informative in making sure we had a great time in Lyon. There were also many brochures about Lyon available at the hotel, and thanks to those brochures, we visited Walibi and museums we normally would not have gone to. It truly enriched our experience.

It’s not a luxurious place, but we didn’t go there expecting luxury anyway, so we truly loved everything about it. There were no big issues at all for us. It was a lovely experience to be completely honest.

Cama muy cómoda.

Un poco lejos del centro, pero lo sabía al reservar. Fácil de llegar en metro, incluso caminando si es con la calma.
