J’ai été obligée d’appeler Residhome pour avoir les codes d’accès, compte tenu de mon arrivée tardive!?

Appart’hôtel au top ! Super bien placé, propre et bien aménagé ! Personnel hyper sympa, si je dois revenir sur Lyon je reviendrai ici. :)

Convenient location next to a metro station. The room was clean and for 2 adults and 2 kids, the sofa bed was already turned into the bed, there was mini kitchen and spacious. It was clean. There is a bakery just opposite side of the road. we drove there, with extra charge, we could use the basement parking during our stay as well.

on the message and the phone call before the arrival, we were told that the parking was not available but the parking availability was the reason we chose this hotel. in the end, when we checked in, we asked about it again and it became available but it was a little bit of a hustle of message exchange and phone call we had to do beforehand. and did not know the extra charge for the parking. if that's clear, probably more helpful.
