I loved the location of the property,the friendly staff and the cleanliness.

Had to pay extra money to use the pool and have breakfast. It was not included with the booking.

Fabulous water park right in the building. Friendly staff

Breakfast wasn’t great, some food cold and tasteless. Checkout is at 11 but the wristbands for the water park are valid until noon which is very awkward.

It was a very quiet stay, perfect for our Christmas getaway.

A little confusion with ths Check in Lady we had with the Waterpark times on Christmas Eve & Christmas but as for our family we just made it apparent to our kids and to try not make it a big deal. We did notice some families upset due to lack of communication.

"Great Place to Staycation!"

We enjoyed a three night stay with our family just before Christmas 2025. We had a great stay. One of our 4 rooms was the two bedroom penthouse on main and it provided a great space for our family to play games and hang out. It had a large living area and a kitchen bar area and two barreling bedrooms one with an ensuite bath. The main bath was very large with a walk in shower. The room is a bit tired but the space made up for it. The beds were very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was included in our stay and was plentiful. No cereal was included though which would have been nice for those who don’t love a hot breakfast. The front desk staff were super helpful and kind and so were the maintenance staff when our boys volleyball got stuck in a roof panel. Room service never did get to our PH suite. The hotel is working with some immigrants/refugees on their cleaning staff and so I’m sure there are sometimes challenges with this regarding cleaning standards and work ethic. The best part of our stay was the Splashers waterpark. The huge hottub, the giant tube slide and the lazy river provided so much fun for our family. The water temperature is super comfortable. The chlorine balance is a bit off and can cause itchy skin so beware to shower well and bring lotion for after each shower and swim. Great staff at the waterpark as well. The food at Garbonzos pizza as a great deal! Very good, fast food at very reasonable prices. Great job Canadinns GF!
