The Splashers

We had constant drilling noise in our room on May 30 at night. We called operator who said they will send someone from security. We waited for 20-25 mins but no one came. We recorded the video of the sound coming from above the microwave area and approached the front desk. They gave another room for us to sleep. Our son was sleeping and we couldn't wake him up and go to sleep in another room for the night. We took the keys but did not use the room. We finally slept at midnight when the noise stopped, only to be woken up by the alarm at 7 am (which we never touched or programmed, as we don't use such clocks since we have smartphones). We had to unplug the alarm to stop it and had headache the whole morning. Also, on Saturday evening around 8 pm we requested for 2/3 bath towels at the front desk in person and they advised someone will deliver it to the room as they don't keep it with them. No one came until midnight. It was our son's birthday on May 31 and we were told they would look into doing something for him, but to our dismay nothing was done. Would have been nice if we were told 3 and then 2 weeks before (when I was interacting with your team through messages) that we do not do anything for birthdays. We could have planned something on our own. It was a very sad experience of accommodation and delivery of service and has prompted us to think to even return to the property
