Don Chan Palace, Hotel & Convention

This hotel is very old, and need a lot off renovation. The staff is amazing and the rooms are very good. But the swinging pool is horrible.

メコン川を　見下ろす景色は、良いかと思いますが 雨季でしたのでメコン川に沈む夕日が見られ無かったのは残念です フロントで　円えの両替は出来ませんでしたが、街中の商店では タイ　バーツが使えました

It's a big hotel in the area, with lots of conference rooms. Hotel staff are professional. The rooms are quiet, even close to the elevator. it's about 15 minutes from the airport. The only thing needs to be improved is its wifi speed.

객실은 나쁘지않았으나, 침대가 오래된거 같은 느낌,......친절한 서비스.....타운다운까지는 거리가 있어서 뚝뚝이 타고 나가야함... 주로 중국인이 많이 이용함.

I am totally satisfied with the staff. They are absolute friendly and helpful.

Hôtel Palace tout en hauteur, superbe hall de réception, chambre confort international. Piscine très belle, eau un peu froide, mais bon choc thermique après gym, sauna et hammam; buffet petit déjeuner essentiellement plats asiatiques, un peu continental (mais clientèle asiatique). Personnel nombreux et très empressé, à la Réception l'anglais est parfois approximatif. Bonne expérience; nous avons bénéficié de prix promotionnels pour ce Palace.

食事も美味しく部屋も広々としておりパフォーマンスの良いホテルです。メコン川の夕陽も感激しました。 従業員の対応も気持ち良く、今回は２度目の利用です。 多分、次回も利用させて頂きます

Hotel in good location. Good view of Mekong river and city. Quiet area. The service and staff were excellent. Food good. Honestly a little disappointed in the condition of room for a 5 star hotel. Carpet looked dirty. Had stains. Bathroom tile around tub had a little mold. Bed was hard. Furniture old. Maybe we were given older room. There were a lot of high end cars parked in front. Even a rolls royce.

街の中心から少し離れたメコン川沿いにあるが、主要観光ポイントまで十分に歩ける範囲。シャトルバスのサービスもある。朝早く到着したが、空いた部屋をすぐに用意してくれた。

Même si globalement l’hôtel est bien, le matelas que j’ai eu était très inconfortable et très dure, à croire qu’on dormait à même le sol
