The Grand Hotel - Heritage Grand

The hotel is an absolutely majestic place. Very rich in heritage and history. And makes you feel like royalty with a true taste of the English aristrocracy. There were time we didn't want to leave the hotel and enjoyed spending our time just soaking in the beauty and charm of the property. The food is top notch. The staff is supremely professional. Special shout out to Kalhari, Anushka (naturalist), as well as the staff at Magnolia and the hi-tea space, who were all so genuinely hospitable and make you feel so special.

The hotel was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the stuff were outstanding I did really enjoyed my stay at the hotel oh the room was amazing with all of equipment the view of the room another world the best hotel in the city even the breakfast outstanding

Hotel amb solera, instal.lacions de luxe amb un jardi molt cuidat. La zona de l'spa i piscina interior molt relaxants i agradables. Els restaurants al nivell de l'hotel. Quan varem arribar la música del pianista Donava una sensació de pau i glamour a l'espai.

L'habitació tot i que estava molt cuidada i neta, necessitaria una renovació, principalment el bany, on seria preferible una dutxa.

Très bel hotel historique avec ambiance britannique, on est transporté dans le temps à l'époque coloniale. Très bon accueil et personnel attentionné. Bon emplacement qui permet d'aller visiter le centre à pieds. Piscine intérieure bien agréable pour se relaxer après les visites dans la fraicheur de la ville, ainsi qu'un Sauna pour se réchauffer. Bons restaurants, qui restent ouverts tard. La cheminée (électrique) dans la chambre est bien venue pour se réchauffer le soir. Petit déjeuner incroyable. Etape à ne pas manquer!
