Peppers Seminyak

I recently stayed at Peppers Seminyak Bali and had a very comfortable and relaxing experience overall. The villa itself was spacious, private, and thoughtfully designed perfect for unwinding while still being close to Seminyak. I really enjoyed the pool area and the calm atmosphere, which made it easy to switch off and recharge. What really stood out was the hospitality. The team was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. Staffs were always happy to help when needed. The spa experience was also a highlight professional, calming, and well executed. I appreciated the balance Peppers offers: privacy like a villa, but with the service and support of a well-managed resort. It’s a great option for couples, small groups, or anyone looking for a relaxed Seminyak base. Thank you to the Peppers Seminyak team for a pleasant stay, I look forward to visiting again.

Great stay, amazing and super friendly stuff. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again....great facilities....gym, sauna and ice bath. Spa staff where very friendly and experienced. Food was great....

Having good experience in 4BR villa..its our 2nd times here and its keep amaze us The staff was really polite and friendly, villa and room was really clean..they give the best amenities, towel was clean, bed was great, wifi really fast, pool really big and clean. Their food also great, especially the breakfast. Best experience here!

Perfect location and hotel for a g group friends trip to Bali. The four bedroom presidential villa had everything we needed - the pool area suited us well and was spacious to gather in and around. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Visit the spa too for a relaxing massage. A special mention to the porters Ketut and Yoga for remembering our names from arrival.

I have just stayed in a three-bedroom presidential villa. All the staff were consistently warm, friendly and whilst the service overall was excellent, the stay fell short of what I would consider an experience for a "five-star rated" property. At a glance the property is lovely, but the general maintenance throughout the hotel and the villa felt both very dated and in need of attention and repair. The facilities don't reflect the standard the property is marketed as when booking. The food and beverage was also fairly average throughout the stay, but passable. I have stayed at this property several times pre-COVID and it was in much, much better condition. Overall, this trip was a pleasant stay, but based on the current standard of the property, I would personally classify it as a four-star property.

My friends and I have just returned from a wonderful stay at Peppers in a four-bedroom villa booked through a Luxury Escapes package. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Ratna at the front desk, Ari and Wirra on the buggies, and every staff member we met at the spa and Laneway restaurant made us feel genuinely welcome in such a short amount of time. Their warmth and attentiveness really set the tone for our stay. The villa itself exceeded expectations. It was far more spacious than I imagined and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We had two minor maintenance issues, and both were resolved within hours — something we truly appreciated. We stayed in the last villa in the complex, which backed onto a road, so two of the four bedrooms did notice some noise. With earplugs, it wasn’t a problem, but it’s worth noting for light sleepers. Although we weren’t travelling with children this time, I visited the kids club out of curiosity and was really impressed with the activities on offer. I’m confident my daughter will be thrilled to get involved during our next trip. Before arriving, my biggest concern was the location, as we usually stay closer to the beach. But I was pleasantly surprised by how convenient everything was — it was easy to reach both Seminyak’s main eat street and the beach. The hotel’s shuttle service and on-site buggies also made getting around effortless. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Peppers team. We had a fantastic time and are very much looking forward to our next year.
