It was the worst breakfast experience I've ever had at a hotel of this level. When I went to breakfast, I was given a menu instead of a buffet. When we asked if we had to pay, the waiter said, "Just sign," and there was no explanation of the amount of limit for order. But we were charged an additional fee when we checked out. we protested, but the manager said, "An additional fee is required for orders above the maximum order charge. We explained this to you six days ago." In other words, I was being criticized as my mistake. Maybe we had been informed six days ago, but at the time, the G20 Summit was taking place, and there was a buffet at the breakfast venue. When there is a buffet, it is natural to pay an additional fee if you order something else, but I had no intention of ordering anything else, I didn't pay much attention to the explanation. Besides, I was busy with work on a business trip and didn't have time to devote much attention to breakfast. Furthermore, I had just checked out 2days ago and returned to the hotel afterwards. Even if a guests are busy on a business trip, should they listen so carefully to the breakfast explanation? And then check out and return hotel, should they remember the breakfast system? Do they have an obligation to remember the explanation from six days ago, reconcile it with the changed situation, and consider what they need to order? I would like to choose a hotel where I can eat breakfast in a more relaxed mood and want to concentrate on work. It was a really terrible experience to be criticized as if I had made a mistake. I would like to choose a hotel where I can enjoy breakfast in a more relaxed manner. Generally hotel staffs were very friendly and I had good impression of them, so I was very disappointed that they blamed me for the breakfast issue. I had the impression that other South African restaurants and hotels were very carefully organized, so I was very disappointed

AUThe staff are incredible so friendly and helpful, I will always remember the staff!!!
They could cater more for people with dairy allergies and have coconut yoghurt but other than this absolutely nothing to fault!!!
