very basic. ok for quick overnight. outside poorly maintained and shabby staff was on the phone (personal) during the entire check in process room was updated but lacking coffee for the machine and tissues

Old, not well-maintained, slow check-in late at night, but it's an inexpensive motel room if you just need to get a little sleep for less.

The people at the front staff were very good. They made the stay somewhat okay overall

Honestly, I am not the type of person to leave not so great reviews, but these may have been borderline health hazards. We checked into our room to the tune of seeing multiple cockroaches in the bathroom and near the bed. The toilet was stained, there were holes in the door, and there was a gross looking rag covering one of the lights Then, as mentioned above, the people on staff were very kind. The woman in the morning kindly let me check out at 12, but that had not been communicated to the cleaning staff, so that staff (twice) and the front desk (once) was essentially hounding my fiancé about leaving, even after I had cleared this already. Just an unfortunate ending to a rough stay there sadly. I hope that it can be improved dearly

The pool was very relaxing. The staff was friendly.

They just start rolling those loud carts a bit too early and they knock on the door before check out time. Other than that it was ok. Knock after 10:45am

Location was great and daily breakfast was nice but that is ALL that can be said in a positive manner. There online rate and on site rate was totally different.

We have been here for 1 whole week. The first day the tv did not work. They eventually replaced it after numerous complaints. They would not give us any information or my incentives or gifts for our points. We travel very regular and this is the first time we have been denied any use or incentives for our accumulated points. The second day our refrigerator quit and started leaking all over the floor. We were instructed to use towels and tape. I reported it twice and was told the maintenance man was not on site even though he lives on the property. We had to go buy a cooler and use ice to store my husbands insulin in. Tonight is our last night because we were denied a refund to check out earlier and told we could not transfer rooms even to use a refrigerator for his insulin. I have had to ask twice for toilet paper and fresh towels. Sheets were never changed. Floors never swept. Trash not taken out. We were not visited by house keeping this whole week not even once. We have killed multiple roaches. Our room reeks of Marijuana with people smoking and drinking alcohol in the hallway and stairway all night. Noise level is absurd. I will definitely be filing necessary reports to higher ups due to my husbands insulin situation. We had everything from milk, sandwhich meat and other refrigerator foods ruined. However there was is a visible vacant room right beside us with a refrigerator not in use. This is definitely a health violation and discrimination against a guest with a disability. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will do my best to make sure our concerns and issues are heard. I'm taking it to the local health authorities, social media and news outlets as soon as we check out tomorrow. This is a disgrace to all Choice Privilege Hotel brands. The pool has been out of service since we arrived even though it is advertised as a open amenity. Coffee must be drank in the lobby. You can not even take a small cup of coffee to go at breakfast.
