Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lima

All I could say it was excellent

Room was spacious and comfortable

The facility was great. Unfortunately there was a lingering smell of smoke apparently from the previous guests that took away some of the comfort of being there. The hallway didn't smell of smoke but the room did.

Room was wonderful. Staff seemed friendly.

We were 5 minutes too late for breakfast, so no opinion. Everything was great until the room next to us was briefly occupied by loud sexual noises. This was followed by loud talking and then everyone left. It was impossible to sleep until around 3:30 when they were finished.

Parking area was well lit. They were preparing for renovations. The staff was professional and helpful.

The hotel was quiet and the staff was nice. The hotel needed some updating, the carpet was stained and the dresser had lots of scratches.

Room wasn't very good bed and pillows were bad plus carpet was old and stained or dirty wouldn't take socks off

The location was good.

Staff except for one was not friendly and unprofessional. The morning staff walked out with a blanket wrapped around her head and body and barely spoke. The hotel was extremely run down and needed lots of repairs and updates. Stains on all furniture that I looked at including the entry way of the hotel. Carpet was bumpy looking down the halls.

I found the following needed some deep cleaning. The carpet, curtains and some of the furniture needs to be replace. Beautiful building wonderful staff.

The room was clean and the night front desk guy was super friendly and thorough with my needs.
