La atención del personal. Y el desayuno.

Nuestro cuarto tenia una gotera, el personal nos resolvió con un cambio de habitación. La alberca estaba sucia y muy fría, fue parte por lo que escogimos ese hotel y en 5 días no pudimos usarla.

Yo reservé una habitación con cama king size y así estaba confirmada y no me dieron la correcta. La mañana siguiente empezaron a dar reparaciones mayores en la habitación de enfrente desde la 7am
