"Terrible experience but also Sonia at the front desk really does not care how poorly we were treated or howbsd the room"

Nothing really

They falsely claim they have a pool, when they don’t. They falsely claim they have laundry facilities, when they don’t. The shower curtain was installed incorrectly and it was also coming out of the wall. The curtain would not close and the bathroom floors flooded each time we showered

Tv not working in initial room booked. Staff kindly moved us to another room. TV worked a little better but not well. TV would freeze while channel surfing.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good.

A bit expensive. No pool. One light bulb was out in the bathroom. Requested a new one. None available.

"Superb"

We have stayed several times on our way up to Humboldt. The location is great, near a starbucks and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable.

Towel quality can be improved.
