They charged me 4 a pet I didn't have . Never refunded me . Didn't reach out to me ! NOTHING. STILL WAITING

I'm so impressed by the way they keep their costs down while still providing more than "bare bones" necessitiesl. Freshly baked cookies were displayed for the taking at the registration desk rather than being placed individually in the rooms where many probably weren't eaten. The room was freshly painted and super clean. However, the comfy chair was not brand new and the ottoman didn't match. Big deal! The in-room coffee maker was single-serve and used the disposable coffee cups instead of a glass coffee pot, saving money and clean-up time for maids. Instead of a binder with printed information, there was a QR code to find it digitally. I especially enjoyed the full, hot breakfast. Most economy places only provide sweet rolls and coffee. Here I was presented with scrambled eggs topped with melted cheese, bacon, and tater tots. They offer waffles, as well as a variety of cereals, bagels w/cream cheese, three kinds of fruit juice and fresh apples and oranges. And, yes, they also offered the sweet rolls. What I enjoyed the most was that as an 80 year old woman on a strict budget could afford a beautiful, clean, comfortable place to stay because this place figured out how to do it.

I didn't like the very heavy door to the bathroom and that the light turned on automatically when I entered the bathroom. When using the bathroom during the night, I didn't need a bright light waking me up.

Location and the upgrades are noticeable

Toilets need to be scrubbed on the inside. Stains were noticed

Someone in an adjacent room had the tv very loud.

The staff are always helpful and professional. We stay there often and will always return to this location!

The location is fine. The best aspects of the hotel are the appearance and the quietness of the rooms. The walls and doors and windows must be thick because one can rarely hear anything from other rooms, not even from rooms that are above. The hotel is often sold out when we stay, so there ARE other people around. The beds are comfortable and we always get a good night's sleep. This is in contrast with other places where we have stayed. We had a double bed room vs. one with a bed and a sofa. The chairs are comfortable and there are more than one, along with a desk. There are sufficient outlets for plugging in devices. It is helpful to have two sinks; one inside the bathroom and one in the entry for making coffee, tea, or whatever. We don't watch TV so we can't say anything about that. The breakfast was adequate. We plan to stay here again the next time we visit.

Some changes have been made over the years. I miss having a fan control that is separate from the light for the bathroom. In fact, there is no fan control. The refrigerator is very quiet, but no longer has a small freezer area where my blue ice can be refrozen. There was no longer any free Kleenex tissue, but fortunately we had some in the car. The most glaring issue was the stains on the carpeting. Some looked as though they were from food, others from ink? The room had been vacuumed and cleaned, but they definitely need to do some spot cleaning. We overlooked this because of all the other good aspects of the room.
