The breakfast was good. I've stayed here before and had a much better experience.

It was dirty in the hallway. Wrappers in my room, on the side of my bed and a frozen ice cream thing in freezer. The elevators stopped working, well one did. It created a huge issue. The alarms went off at 3am and woke every single person there awake and we had one incident with a younger staff member being rude.

Room was dated. AC did not work well, and it had a smell in the room. Walls are thin, heard next doors neighbors alarm go off at 4am for 45 minutes straight, without shutting it off.

"Nice staff but very surprising for a Hampton Inn to be this outdated."

Friendly, welcoming staff in a Hampton Inn which is in serious need of renovation. Carpet is worn and outdated as is the wallpaper. Ceiling in the room we stayed in was popcorn ceiling. Furniture is quite worn. The saving grace is that the front office staff is responsive and welcoming. The first room we stayed in had a malfunctioning A/C such that is made the sound of a fan hitting a metal object. When after an hour of trying to sleep, I called the front office, we were quickly moved to another room. In the second room, the refrigerator didn’t work unless you reset the GFI.
