I liked the area.

The first thing, cracker crumbs on top of the bed. We shook the top cover... then the dead bugs on the RR floor, mildew behind the toilet, we killed two spiders. The Bed linens are so old and worn were see-through and dry rotted, the towels are stained and scrappy looking, Bed pillows are in horrid yellow (should be ashamed) stained condition (at least use zippered covers to hide that nastiness!) Chairs also stained and very very old and outdated fabric. I was glad I had blankets to cover and sit on and to wrap pillows so we could use them - I was VERY scared of bed bugs and slept in the chair. - no ice was available, the fridge was frozen up with frosted ice on it... My husband asked about another machine, and they said "Oh it was working and nothing more... we had to go get ice at a convenience store. I feel the rate was way more than the room was worth, I will never rebook with them again. The only good thing was the attendant was cordial, but you could tell he was tired of his job and treated his guests as an inconvenience rather than an income opportunity. I am truly sorry for that. We stayed bc we were evacuating a hurricane and weren't sure who else had a place. we didn't know the area, and Regency is a JOKE of a name... Better named the Crypt Hotel. Sorry, but you should try it there, seems you should send spotters out before listing such a place. Maybe it's the town, maybe people treat it ill, but those issues were things I feel the owners CAN do something about. ~S~

Great stay for this mommy and 2 little ones. The office put us close to the pool and the office so I felt super safe. The fridge was frozen but that happens so much so it wasn't a big issue with us. The nice lady at the office got me in early on the check in date and we had a great stay for 2 nights. Thank you for the great stay, hospitality and nice people. We will be back in July hopefully

Not what I expected from net pictures? Not proper immunities and the door lock was broken NOT safe.

Filthy.. 1st room the sheets were stained with BLOOD spots & bed spread looked it had cum spots on it!! 2nd room not much better.. I slept on top of sheets wrapped in my own blanket!! Shower curtain was absolutely GROSS.. towels were stained… looks like don’t use detergent to wash anything. This should be a hourly motel … $76 a night is WAY over priced!! Only stayed because had to have a plane to sleep.

Very clean.

No breakfast and no hot water. It was OK eventhough we were place in the far back.

The location of the room and no discount for seniors.
