"Overall, very clean. Front desk is great!!!"

The front desk employee's were amazing, very nice and professional.

My room was delayed at check in, (booked hotel) very late, 8am I felt rushed and forced to leave, House keeping still banged on the door, I did the 11AM check out, I guess they had other plans.

Location and front desk staff was nice.

Front desk Staff member working with a very bad nose bleed and handling customers personal items. Very unsettling and unsanitary. Staff member should have the decency to remove themselves.

"Exceptional hotel and staff."

The warm reception by the receptionist. The warmth , helpforness and respect of all the staff. The cleanliness of the entire hotel. The access to major.roads.The bed was very comfortable.

The address on the confirmation and other on line information did not state that this was the extension location on the other side of town It was very hard getting information on the phone from the reservation staff as to the actual location and the telephone number of the actual.hotel.
