When we arrived, the individual at Front Desk was not even courteous enough to say Good Evening. He walked us to our room and didn't even help with the luggage. Always walked in front of us, not saying a word. On the other hand, at the moment of Check Out the ladies at front desk were VERY VERY courteous, all smiles, and the place even looked cleaner, they had just mopped the floor in the morning. Alongside that, the TV in the room was from like the 90's with only two channels. It says online that there is Wi-Fi yet we were never told where we could access it because there was none in our room. The place could use some remodeling.

Beautiful setting and surrounding ... Nice pool.. Room were old and not so good.. No microwave, fridge.. Very basic room. Though you can see ocean behind in order to get to the beach, it is a good 10 mins walk. Even to get to town center it is 20 mins walk. I would recommend this hotel if you have a car. The location of hotel is not correct on google or email and took us good 1/2 hr to figure out the location. The hotel is down the hill next to beach court apartments (on the main road) ... (look on google maps next to ocean front).

Checking was fast and easy, and the personal siper friendly. The rooms were clean, but I would recomened that the bedding be updated along with the pillows. The pool area is nice, but surrounding area needs to be cleaned. The restaurant was fast but the food okay. No cellphone reception nor internet. The hotel is really good if yiu neef to disconnect.

My wife and I checked in late. The female employee provided a key to enter room, no electronic key card. When we entered room the bathroom had crazy ants all over the sink top, the rug showed signs of mildew, the mattress was very old, I would say over 20 years, when uncovered the blanket the mattress was black from mildew. It was the most uncomfortable bed and pillows you could ever sleep on. We left room to meet up with family and I did not feel comfortable leaving my backpack with valuables in the room. I asked my wife if she had any valuables in her bag, but said no. Long story short, she forgot she had her tablet in her bag, but did not notice it missing until we had checked out the next day and already driven about 3 hours away to my families home. This meant an employee from the hotel went into our room and stole the tablet out of my wife's bag. She had to cancel service to tablet and all passwords saved on it. She noticed someone tried to use her ebay account the very next day. We spent only one night and it was a horrible experience. I would not recommend to anyone to stay at this location.

The hotel is close to the beach but the facilities are in terrible conditions. Dirty and dusty rooms.

Found staff to be very friendly and helpful making recommendations about local food and beaches. Room was very clean and more than adequate, but not very updated. Room well supplied with basics such as towels, A/C, and TV. Had nice patio to dry towels, wetsuits, and swimsuits on.

You can tell the hotel owner does not invest the physical aspects of the building relying that it is close to the beach. The staff was great. Very attentive and respectful.

It was centered in a right place. The view was fantastic, and great beached 10 minutes down the road.

The hotel was nice but appeared to be in need of upgrading; there was not much to do in town and parking was limited; not many places to eat, meals at the hotel was only served at the weekend only.

Was verry shopt stay room was prepared for the check in , but was lack of conveniencis for what you pay for money wise, no breakfast, pool openned on a hollyday at 0900hrs when check out was at 1200hrs what can you get out of this dontv know if has to do with the economy or administration hotel
