Deerhill Inn

The innkeepers were such nice, friendly, helpful people, going out of their way to see that we had a delicious breakfast before our early departure. We loved everything about this inn!

If you want an old-time charm, hospitality, quiet environment, beautiful views, excellent breakfast and feeling like at your long-time friend's home look no further and come here. You will never regret you did, and you will want to come back.

Lovely people and wonderful breakfast.

The Innkeeper was so rude & disrespectful that my wife and I did not stay. We left minutes after going to our room which was up 3 flights of narrow steps. The small room had no TV and no room phone to be able to contact the desk. The bathroom was so old and ridiculously small. Certainly not what you would expect for a $200/night inn. We had our service dog with us and the InnKeeper continuously "harassed" us for a Doctors Note & Service Dog Certification, which is NOT legal to ask. She challenged whether our dog was fit to be a service dog and asked multiple times what my wife's disability was, which is also illegal. We felt "discriminated" against and were embarrassed in the company of another couple that was in line behind us at check-in. The Innkeeper was so insensitive and discourteous that she made us feel very uncomfortable just being there. She upset both me and my wife. It is for all these reasons, that I could never recommend staying at the Deer Hill Inn. And hence, I will be filing for a full refund.
