The Yorkshire Inn

It is an historical inn, very comfortably furnished, lovely guest rooms, delicious breakfasts and very informative hosts. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A friendly place. We left Rhode island afternoon and tried to stay with my daughter a new fresh student longer, and end up arrived hotel late, almost 11:00 pm and forgot to notify the hotel. Everything went well. We will come back next time

My wife and I were on a weekend wine tour and stayed one night in the blue room at the back of the house. It was very comfortable and it's a very nice change from the cookie cutter hotel. If you have never stayed in a B&B, I suggest you try this one. The owners were very nice and we spent time discussing the age of the Yorkshire Inn, the house dog named Luna, our dogs and our kids. It was a much better experience than almost anywhere I have ever stayed, business or pleasure. If we ever come back this way again, it will be the first place we try to book.

Our room was clean and attractive and attention is paid to details. We stayed in the blue room at the back of the house which was quiet for sleeping. It has direct access to a deck and the yard. Our hosts were very helpful and the resident dog is friendly. Breakfast was delicious both mornings. The inn is located just outside of Phelps and an easy drive to Canandaigua and Skaneateles. It is ten minutes from the Waterloo Outlets which was an underwhelming shopping experience and not worth the time. Overall, our stay was quite pleasant and I recommend the property to others who are travelling in the area.

Doug and Kathy made us feel so at home! Beautiful accommodations and the fire pit was a nice surprise! Absolutely delicious breakfast too! We will DEFINITELY be back!!

1st time at a B&B. Everything was wonderful. Very nice owners and that includes the dog.

LOVED this place! So much history in the home and Kathy, our hostess, could not have been nicer. Her breakfasts were five star and her company was delightful. Definitely one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.

Kathy and Doug are great! no hesitation to book again if we happen to be in the area again.
