Clean and pretty. Lionel was super friendly and helpful.

No way to control temp in the room. A bit expensive.

My husband booked this hotel in July 2025 for May 2026. He passed away in December 2025 so I was forced to cancel the reservation, which I did in January 2026 (well before the cancelation date to get a refund of the deposit). Contrary to what the hotel communications said and what Booking.com said, I was unable to get a refund of the one night deposit my husband made on this hotel. They offered a certificate for a night's stay that had to be used within a year. Big deal! There was no empathy for my situation, the fact that my husband has passed away and no willingness to honor the commitment of a full refund if cancelled within the appropriate timeframe - even in unforeseen circumstances. I would caution anyone against making a reservation and a deposit if you think there is a chance you might have to cancel. You won't get your money back!

The breakfast was delicious and happy hour offered great choices. The staff takes pride in what they do and are friendly.

We loved the beach bikes, golf cart, and beach chair umbrella inclusion as well as complimentary happy hour and early check in

Nothing! Wished we could've stayed longer!

The location was perfect and the staff was wonderful! We also loved the screened in back porch.
