Water's Edge Inn - Adults Only

I loved the location. The staff is so friendly. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautiful. It’s a wonderful space to stay

The only thing is that the rooms are not particularly soundproof. It didn’t bother me but if people are very noise sensitive they might need sole white noise

Everything was great. I stayed in the Charleston, I did what I wanted back there awesome.

I think this is my favorite stay in the US, ever. Kind of had the vibes of a European hostel where everything you could possibly need is there available for you and they trust that you're a good person to use everything responsibly. Awesome staff, perfect combination of professional and chill, and the property itself is homey but chic, very clean. SO much included for the comfort and convenience of the people, small $15/day charge but worth every penny, perfect location perfect view from my Pacific room. Walked to center st and beach every day, biked around the entire island. THANK YOU FOR FEEDING YOUR GUESTS. Thank you for creating a place like this, I will be back.

The location was quiet and an easy distance to restaurants

The breakfast buffet was disappointing with some items depleted and not replenished.

It’s super clean and the staff is great with tons of Southern hospitality and always accommodating. The property has a “Jimmy Buffet” vibe. Each room is named like Islander, Caribbean, etc. The decor is like an island theme ( not tacky). It’s one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed and I travel a lot. The breakfast is amazing, always homemade casserole, eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, along with bagels, waffles, cereal, juice and coffee. They also have a happy hour 4-6 with red and white wine, punch, cheese, crackers etc. and bottled water. They are very generous and everything is yummy! There are bikes you can take a ride on to lunch or just a fun bike ride to explore. They also have a golf cart and will drive you to the beach or a restaurant on Folly. We enjoyed it very much! We were visiting our daughter and her family and was only 15 minutes from her home.

I had no qualms. There are a lot of stairs but fine with us. There are two rooms on the bottom floor if you don’t want a lot of stairs.
