Beautifully presented property. Very stylish, very clean. Was really pleased with it. Lovely to have a balcony although we didn't use it as it was very very narrow and it also faced the neighbouring hotels pool and sunbathing area which were very noisy during the day.

The hotel its self was ideal and the staff were all lovely with the exception of the manager. Myself and my roommate asked the day before if we could invite our friend around to the pool, which they agreed with. So at 10am on Monday the 5th we done exactly that. Our friend was getting changed in our room and the hotel manager, Javier, came up to our room and told her our friend to leave, however rather than letting her change he wouldn't let us shut the door and he had his phone to his ear saying he was calling the police on us which was slightly over dramatic. She then left without changing and whilst going down the stairs he grabbed her arm. She was not resisting to go so this was extremely unnecessary. Once this happened he demanded a £150 deposit to the room although we had already paid in full. There next morning when myself and my roommate came home, he stopped us again and asked who we were then said we weren't allowed to stay and we had to give him our passports to give to the police. The receptionist then corrected him and said they didn't need them for the police but just on file, although we done this on arrival. So to prove we had we asked that they look this up on their computer, and proved we were not lying. Other guests were in the reception at this point so this was extremely degrading, humiliating and embarrassing. We have never received such harassment from someone in our lives never mind off of a manager of the hotel we have paid to stay in. Vile, vile man.

Great location near the bus station and within walking distance to activities and active nigh life .. the hotel decor was beautiful.

Great location, couple of minutes walk to the strip and the sea front. Clean and modern, lovely staff too. Excellent value.

The property was lovely, modern and very clean! Great for what you pay for.. really value for money. However staff are rude and the owner is even worse. Made us feel very uncomfortable and did very little to help us out. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever come across.

It was cheap and cheerfull. Had a pool. Was cleaned every day.

Dishonest management. Avoid at all costs. High level of noise around the hostel. Receptionist does not understand or does not care about cancellation policies. She simply "does not know". Management does not respond to customer e-mails and is not willing to help with issues. Management does not comply with booking policies.

Close walking distance. Very nice breakfast. High quality premises.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. We were traveling with our dog and when we arrived, to our surprise, they put a dog bed, water and food plate in our room!! They had us at hello!!

This is a good priced hostel that has a comfortable bed and a bathroom with good AC. The staff are really nice and it's in a good location with a pool. Not much more we could ask for.
