The Ben Mhor Hotel, Bar & Restaurant

Love staying at the Ben Mhor . My fourth stay whilst visiting the are after leaving a few years ago. Always welcoming with excellent value, comfortable rooms . Lovely bar with very well priced drinks . Good food also available at great prices . Very central area for visiting many places of interest and Grantown is a lovely town with some great independent shops!

Stayed many times, always spotless and value for money

Only one downside, which wasn’t a big deal . Had to buy milk as there wasn’t enough or a tea spoon , but it won’t stop me staying again

Great value, comfortable and clean rooms. Hotel in a great location in the centre of town. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were great value, with a good variety and tasty.

It took a while to get service on the front reception when we first arrived. Felt slightly understaffed. The rear car park was difficult to find and I assumed that the on street parking was the only parking when I first arrived.

Great location for all areas of the East Highlands. Fully private parking. Decent breakfast. Didn't lunch or dine in venue. So, I can't comment on that. Hotel is positioned in the centre of Grantown. Good sized room with decent ensuite facilities and good decor. Nice and quiet at night.

Bedding was generally of good quality. But let down by poor quality pillows. Very thin and unsupportive.
