We asked them to put baby bassinet before check in to our room but no they did not ! We put do not disturb signs at door to sleep and someone was ringing door at 20h45pm while my baby was sleeping. Asking if we can open and they can build the baby bassinet in room while baby was sleeping at almost 9pm! I said no,It’s too late.

Bed mattress is poor, with clear sign of overuse. It is uncomfortable. Electric sockets are insufficient in the room for modern usage (laptop, hair appliances, phone charging). The only one available next to the bed does not provide good connection. Toilet does not flush through the first time. A second flushing was necessary for everything to be cleared. This needs fixing.

Amazing place!

They should inform you ( not with a tiny note on the desk) that they are washing windows. I walked out of the shower to find men standing in my windows! Quite a shock when you're naked.

The staff knew we had a late flight but didn’t inform us how late we could check out without additional charges. We saw a lot of other guests checking out later.
