Hyatt Regency Kathmandu

Neat and clean and closer to the city, no noise.

The presence of idols and sculptures in the room which some religious person find it disturbing. There could be other form of arts to decorate the room.

The food at the hotel was great and all of the staff were super friendly.

When using the shower, some water would escape through the door. Not too big of a problem though.

The room was lovely, very modern, clean and in great repair. It was classy and damage-free. Breakfast was great and the service in the Sesame restaurant was next level. In particular, Rajanish was an exceptional waiter. All the food we ate there was amazing - particularly the Thai food. The whole property was stunning!

Super attentive staff, polite, accommodating and friendy

I only marked this down due to the spa facilities being a bit tired and in need of an update.

Really nice stay at the Hyatt. The grounds are very well maintained and the Suite access was a definite plus. Only area of improvement is communication of the staff. We requested an early breakfast as we were leaving before 6am for a flight, which was confirmed multiple times by the staff. Unfortunately it was not communicated to the morning team so no breakfast was organised for us when we checked out. A small but frustrating issue. Would stay again though!
