Great hotel to stay with family, staff are amazing, Realy me and my family live our stay

Always pleasant and helpful

Beautiful hotel design with an expansive space and an art museum connected to it. Its location is close to the Bouddhana Stupa, so much so that certain rooms have a view of the stupa, which we were lucky to be allocated. Service was wonderful, with the staff being very helpful and attentive to our needs. For example when we requested for extra towels, they appeared almost immediately! Our room was on the Club level, there were drinks and light snacks available throughout the day, and these were topped up frequently. A special shout out for Club lounge staff Aastha and Engela, who provided great service especially during the evening canapes sessions and checking on us throughout our stay. You made us feel right at home, thank you!

It was unfortunate that the swimming pool was too cold for use, and the smaller kid's pool appeared dirty and poorly maintained. The Club lounge does not serve breakfast, so everbody dines in the main dining restaurant, where staff are somewhat overwhelmed when it was busy due to a conference being held at the venue. Several times our order did not appear, but not a big deal. As we stayed for 5 nights, I noticed that the food options were more or less the same everyday. Some variety would be nice. Similarly for the Club lounge canapes, there could be more variety. Another thing to note is that they are still using little disposable bottles for shampoo/ body wash/ lotions, and as a family we needed a few sets. This aspect could be improved for environmental sustainability.

In an enclave by itself which was private but not convenient. Did not even have a vending machine to get a can of coke or drinks. Could not even get a snack or a bag of potato chips. There were no minibars. Everything had to be purchased from the hotel. Selection was limited. Not a normal experience. Restaurants were just ok. Nothing special.

All good but some bed

Perfect and will stay again
